1.電纜橋架防火等級選擇電纜橋架,有防火要求的部分可以添加在電纜梯架內(nèi),托盤用火或板的阻燃性能,材料如網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成一個封閉或半封閉結(jié)構(gòu),并采取在汽-水橋和其表面涂刷防火涂料,其耐火材料整體性能應(yīng)滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范或標準的要求。鋁合金電纜橋不適合高防火。在同樣的規(guī)范下，阻燃電纜橋的造價比鋼纜橋高出2.2倍，使用壽命是鋼索大橋的5倍以上，重量比鋼索大橋重30%。防火電纜橋比鋼纜橋略貴，使用壽命是鋼索電橋的三倍多。重量基本上與鋼索大橋相同。

3.電纜托盤負載級別選擇電纜橋架負載級別的選擇,電纜槽均勻分布工作負載不應(yīng)大于所選電纜橋架負載額定載荷均勻分布的水平,如果實際跨度電纜橋架的支吊架不等于2 m,均勻分布載荷的工作應(yīng)符合要求。各部件和支撐架的規(guī)格和尺寸應(yīng)與托盤、梯子的直部分和曲線相匹配。
