噴塑橋架的靜電噴塑工藝流程是怎樣的？
噴塑橋架常用的工藝就是靜電粉末噴涂，通過利用靜電發(fā)生器使得塑料粉末帶有電，然后吸附在鐵板表面，再經(jīng)由180~220℃的烘烤，將粉末熔化黏附于金屬表面。一般來說噴塑產(chǎn)品大都被用于在戶內(nèi)使用的箱體上，其漆膜有種平光或是啞光效果。噴塑粉常見的有聚酯粉末和丙烯酸粉末等等。小編就來和大家分享一下噴塑橋架的靜電噴塑工藝流程。

1、前處理：
1. Pretreatment:
目的：去除工件表面上的油污、灰塵、銹跡之類的污垢，而且可以在工件表面形成一種能夠增加噴涂涂層附著力的“磷化層”；
Objective: to remove the dirt such as oil, dust and rust on the workpiece surface, and form a "phosphating layer" on the workpiece surface that can increase the adhesion of spraying coating;
工藝步驟：除油、除銹、磷化、鈍化；
Process steps: degreasing, derusting, phosphating and passivation;
工件經(jīng)過前處理后可以除去油、銹和塵，也可以使原來銀白色有光澤的表面因為有了一層均勻不粗糙不易生銹的灰色磷化膜而具有防銹和增加噴塑層的附著力的能力。
After pretreatment, the workpiece can remove oil, rust and dust, and also make the original silver white shiny surface have the ability of rust prevention and increasing the adhesion of the plastic spraying layer because of a layer of gray phosphating film which is uniform, not rough and not easy to rust.
2、靜電噴涂

目的：均勻的噴涂粉末涂料于工件的表面，易產(chǎn)生靜電屏蔽的特殊工件宜采用高性能的靜電噴塑機來完成噴涂；
Objective: evenly spray powder coating on the surface of workpieces. Special workpieces prone to electrostatic shielding should be sprayed by high-performance electrostatic spraying machine;
工藝步驟：
Process steps:
根據(jù)靜電吸附原理，可以均勻噴一層粉末涂料于工件的表面；然后回收系統(tǒng)可以回收掉落下的粉末，待將這些粉末過篩后可以再次使用。
According to the principle of electrostatic adsorption, a layer of powder coating can be sprayed evenly on the surface of the workpiece; Then the recovery system can recover the dropped powder, which can be reused after screening.
3、高溫固化
3. High temperature curing
目的：待工件表面的粉末涂料加熱到一定溫度后，并保溫相應(yīng)的時間，使之熔化、流平、固化，從而得到我們想要的工件表面效果。
Objective: after the powder coating on the surface of the workpiece is heated to a certain temperature and kept warm for a corresponding time to melt, level and solidify it, so as to obtain the desired surface effect of the workpiece.
工藝步驟： 將噴涂好的工件推入固化爐，加熱到預(yù)定的溫度（一般185度），并保溫相應(yīng)的時間（15分鐘）；開爐取出冷卻即得到成品。
Process steps: push the sprayed workpiece into the curing furnace, heat it to the predetermined temperature (generally 185 degrees), and keep it warm for corresponding time (15 minutes); Open the furnace and take it out for cooling to obtain the finished product.
提示：加熱及控制系統(tǒng)（包括電加熱、燃油、燃氣、燃煤等各種加熱方式）+保溫箱體=固化爐。
Tip: heating and control system (including electric heating, oil, gas, coal and other heating methods) + insulation box = curing furnace.
4、裝飾處理：
4. Decoration treatment:
目的：靜電噴涂后的工件在外觀上有一種特殊效果，如：各種木紋、花紋、增光等。
