1.目的：加熱工件表面的粉末涂料規(guī)定溫度，并相應進行保溫一段時間，使之熔化、流平、固化，達到所需的工件表面功能。

1. Purpose: heat the powder coating on the workpiece surface to the specified temperature, and keep it warm for a period of time to melt, level and solidify it, so as to achieve the required function of the workpiece surface.

2.處理過程：將噴涂件置于固化爐內(nèi)加熱預定溫度(通常為185度)，并在相應的時間(15分鐘)進行保溫;打開爐門，使產(chǎn)品冷卻。
