2. The bracket and hanger should be welded firmly without significant deformation. Before welding, the bracket and iron parts with a thickness of more than 4 mm should be grooved. The weld seam should be uniform and smooth. The length of the weld seam should meet the requirements. No cracks, undercutting, gas holes, sags and leakage of welding should occur.

3、架與吊架應(yīng)安裝牢固，保證橫平豎直，在有坡度的建筑物上安裝支架與吊架應(yīng)與建筑物的坡度、角度一致.

3. The brackets and hangers should be installed firmly to ensure horizontal and vertical. The brackets and hangers should be installed on buildings with slopes in accordance with the slopes and angles of the buildings.

4、吊具應(yīng)采用定型產(chǎn)品，并應(yīng)有各自獨(dú)立的吊裝卡具或支撐系統(tǒng)。

4. Lifting fixtures shall adopt stereotyped products and shall have their own independent lifting fixtures or supporting systems.

5、定支點(diǎn)間距一般不應(yīng)大于1. 5-2m。在進(jìn)出接線盒、箱、柜、轉(zhuǎn)角、轉(zhuǎn)彎和變形縫兩端及丁字接頭的三端500mm以內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)固定支持點(diǎn).

5. Fixed fulcrum spacing should not be greater than 1.5-2m in general. Fixed support points shall be provided within 500 mm at the ends of outlet junction box, box, cabinet, corner, turning and deformation seam and three ends of T-joint.
